You have applied for asylum?
You fear deportation?
You are unsure whether you are currently entitled to live and work in Austria or the European Union?
We support you in your asylum proceedings and in case the authorities intend to terminate your residence, often in cooperation with reliable NGOs.
You are suspected of having committed a criminal offence?
Before making a statement to the police, the prosecution or the court, it is highly recommended to seek the advice of an attorney at law! In close cooperation with you, we design the best defence strategy for your case, represent you during the investigation and defend you in any court.
You intend to move to Austria?
You already have a residence permit and would like to prolong or change it?
We support you in order to determine which type of residence permit best serves your purpose. We also offer counseling and representation in proceedings for a prolongation or change of residence permits. Besides that, we also advise employers and enterprises who intend to hire non-EU-citizens.
You or your loved ones have become the victim of a criminal offence?
As a crime victim, you have the right to participate in the trial against the offender. We defend your interests and claim damages in your name. Victims of violent crimes have a right to free psychological counseling and legal assistance. We cooperate with victim protection organizations and will inform you about your respective rights.
You would like to apply for Austrian citizenship?
We counsel and support you before and during the application proceedings.

Your protest was prohibited or dissolved?
