Visiting the Website

When you visit our website www.clemenslahner.at, information is automatically sent from your device to our website.

The following information is temporarily stored in so-called log files:

• IP address of the device
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the accessed file
• Website from which the access was made
• Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device

The temporary storage of the IP address is necessary to deliver the website to the user’s device. The IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

The processing of this data is technically necessary. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact via Email

If you send us a query via email, the personal data included in your email will be processed. The purpose of the data processing includes scheduling a meeting or concluding an attorney-client relationship. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If an attorney-client relationship follows, you will receive separate information under Article 13 GDPR. Should a contract not be concluded, all information will be deleted within six months at the latest.

Contact via Contact Form

When contacting us through the contact form on our website, the following information is processed:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Comments about bookings (optional)
• Uploaded documents (optional)

The purpose of the data processing includes scheduling a meeting or concluding an attorney-client relationship. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If an attorney-client relationship follows, you will receive separate information under Article 13 GDPR. Should a contract not be concluded, all information will be deleted within six months at the latest.
